By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms. These may be changed if discussed with me prior to the commission.I. COPYRIGHTI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own.The piece may be shared online for my portfolio with an added watermark. The commissioner will have a copy without said watermark.The client is free to repost the artwork in any social media platform, as long as proper credit is given (preferably a link redirecting to my profile).The artwork may be cropped for personal use (user icons, banners, etc). It is not to be altered, traced, or be used commercially.II. PAYMENTAn invoice will be sent through PayPal.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront after sketch approval and 50% before the final piece.Do not send any payment before your slot is secured and that I have sent you an invoice for the payment.III. PROCESS AND DELIVERY1. The artist prefers E-mail as the main line of communication. However, the client may reach out to them through Twitter.2. The client will fill up the provided Commission Form from this carrd and let me know the details of the commission. Reference photos and extra details are greatly appreciated.3. Once you've taken your slot, I will make a rough sketch of the artwork. After the sketch is approved, an invoice will be sent and the client shall pay upfront (See Section II for payment details).4. I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a full refund (See Section VI for refund policy).5. The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other commissions, and college.6. The artist may send you screenshots of the art process to provide you an insight and a chance for revisions (See Section IV for revision details).7. You will be notified ASAP if a situation comes up that would somehow delay the estimated delivery.8. Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.IV. REVISION POLICYA maximum of 5 revisions is allowed for each piece. Any major changes after will require a fee.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.The extra charge would depend on the complexity of the revision and the hourly rate.V. SATISFACTIONI, the artist, will ensure that you are happy with the finished work.Please inform me if there is an issue regarding the commission.I am open to discuss or adjust some terms for you (e.g. how and where to use the artwork) if you ask before I start on your commission.VI. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYIf the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.BASIS FOR REFUNDS:

Render: 0%No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all the aformentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Arazend (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
